During my stay at this hotel I found the accomodations to be quite comfortable. Though this hotel is now under new management, we slept well, and were provided a splendid continental breakfast. It was well located with customer service that was no less than professional. My family was impressed with cleanliness of the bathrooms, lobby and pool area. They were able give me accurate directions to where I needed to take my family. When they are finished remodeling the resturant they will go over the top regards to customer service. When I come back to Tulsa I would definitely bring my family back!!!

I was looking for a decent priced place to take my kids for a mini vaca. The Ramada, who recently changed their phone number --, was not far away from where we lived and have the indoor pool converted to salt water (very nice my kids loved it). The restaurant and lounge are closed for remodeling but they have several places that deliver so that wasnt so bad. The rate was good for a mother with 3 kids and a part time job. They also have a small playground in what the staff called the courtyard. I cant wait to take my kids back to have another mini vaca!

Our motorcycle group traveled and used the faclilites since it was close to the Tulsa Speed Way. One individual in our group had cracked walls, no hair dryer, and busted toilet seat. When he reported to staff, was informed nothing could do. The supposed restraurant was not open for business although when we called to book the rooms we were told it was operational. Other peoples motorcycles incurred damage over the night....security is questionable!!!

Our association was given a quote from this hotel for a group reservation. We were doing a training and having an association conference. We made our choice to use this hotel due to the amenities they had available. Pool, Picnic Area, Exercise room, Resteraunt On site, Lounge, as well as meeting space. I called and of course confirmed all of the amenities with sales associate, I explained some of the activities we would have planned to be sure they could accomodate us. Such as we have a Bar-b-que so it was great that they claimed to have a picnic area available. Restaurant for our dinner plans, etc. However. The Pool was closed and not usable as was the exercise room. The restaurant was closed the entire time we were here. The "picnic area" consisted of a childs play toy, no table or grill. Basically the only thing they did have was a meeting room. We had to re plan pretty much our entire conference agenda after we arrived. and of course we weren't allowed to cancel as we had signed a contract to use the rooms and would have to still pay for the rooms. Needless to say we were all disappointed.
