Just back from a week in Tulsa for business and stayed at the gem, The Ambassador. The staff is exceptional - from the shuttle drivers, to the front desk staff, to the Chalkboard team. The rooms are comfortable and support both leisure and business travel. The restaurant, The Chalkboard, may be the best restaurant found in a hotel. The options are many, the ingredients fresh, the flavors are layered and what you would expect at a 4 start restaurant. Will I return to The Ambassador on my next trip to Tulsa? Absolutely - it is the only option for a 'home' away from home.

We stopped at the Ambassador on a cross country drive and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very large, which was a plus. The bathroom was small and rather outdated, but it is an historic building, so that is to be expected. The staff was very interested in our comfort and attentive to our needs. They have a courtesy car that can take you to a local restaurant. The lobby was very nice as was the restaurant. The location was good. We arrived during a time of road construction, the exits were closed which went directly to the hotel, and we had quite a detour. This is no fault of the hotel, just an observation of the area and our GPS.

I was in Tulsa on Business for 2 weeks in December, 2011 when I had the pleasure to stay at The Ambassador. The staff delivers perfect service in a sincere way that makes you feel like family. The hotel is old and historic, but the rooms are modern and perfectly kept. I had a corner room which was quite roomy and nice on such an extended stay. They will gladly pick you up the airport and take you where you want to go if you have no car, which was great.

I spend more nights at hotels during the year than I do at home, and it is a treat to stay at a charming boutique charmer like the Ambassador. This place is a real gem.

Just a great little hotel in Tulsa. I really appreciated the coffeemaker, clean and crisp bathrooms that were very well appointed with top of the line mirrors,linens, etc . The Staff was exceptionally professional, very well groomed and fully informed. This hotel is a cant miss for business travel
