This place is NOT "user friendly" !! The phone in my room would not allow me to batch out my credit card machine after a day at a trade show so I went to the office and requested the use of a line at the desk and was refused very rudely..I then went to the nearby Ramada Inn and could not have been treated nicer..I then went back to BW and checked out and moved to the RI and for less money I got a much nicer room and was treated like family.. I am not sure but there might have been a language breakdown because of the different nationalities involved, but it was not a nice thing..Some folks just don't have a good attitude towards Americans in general I guess..

WOW, I just had the busiest week and a half, I have had in a while! Tulsa State Fair!!!! I must say, the staff here at Tulsa's Best Western Airport, TOP NOTCH, hands down! I would come in late nights and the front desk attendant was always helpful. Every morning on my way out, the front desk attendant, different then the night one, also very helpful. The Hotel manager, she was very caring and made sure I was being taken care of, Thank you Misty. I MUST SAY, next year's TSF, I know where I'm staying!! Thanks again, Tulsa BW Airport Staff!

we have stayed at this property on at least 20 occassions over the past year, usually for two nights at a time. Great hotel, very clean, with a negotiated rate that we were told would be our rate always. Clean room, normally great staff, good bar, good internet. Tried to book a room October 2011 and told we were on the do not rent list. When asked why no one had an answer. Left a message for the manager to call us, and she never did. When we finally reached her, she stated that we were in the lobby asking for a room without a reservation and they were full and we became loud. We have never traveled to Tulsa without a reservation. Have stayed their so often we have the number in our cell phones. Explained to manager that we had not been to Tulsa in months and never to her property without a reservation. She said that did not matter, her word is final. Very strange. Beware, We believe they are related to another property that we have a civil lawsuit against for breaking a reservation three months after we booked it or because they do not want to honor the negotiated rate we had there. Overall the property is good and Owner Danny works hard to maintain the property in a superb condition. But very troubling when we are put on a do not rent list for nothing we know nothing about. We do not travel anywhere without a reservation. We do shows for a living in cities across Tenn, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Mississippi so this is troubling to us. So beware of this.

We were just looking for a cheap room with a clean pool for a one day get away. We found a great rate online. Check is was fine, the room wasn't spotless but was clean and ready when we got there. Bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were unusually small for a hotel. Rooms have a fridge and microwave which was nice. Pool area was clean and so was the pool. We did have a beer at the on site bar. If you are looking for a classy lounge then stay away, but if you just want a cold beer and to shoot a game of pool then stop in. The next morning breakfast was't bad and was more than just bagels and cereal. The pool had gotten dirty over night and was full of bird feathers in the morning. We did report it about 10 and by 1130 it had not been cleaned. We were a bit dissappointed about that but oh well overall pretty decent stay and good price.
