Booked the room in advance. When I arrived they had given my room away and had no more rooms except for a smoking room over top of some ridiculously loud bar. The staff did not seem to care and did little to make me feel welcome or that they were sorry for messing up. Spent a total of five minutes in the room, and decided there was no way I could sleep there. I told them I was leaving, and to remove my charges, which they did while making absolutely no effort to rectify the situation. It was also in a crummy area. I went down the street and paid $38 to stay in a nice, quiet Super 8. I strongly recommend against this hotel.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Rooms stink, ac's don't work. This is a local slum. We booked in at 8 p.m. and were out of there looking for a new hotel before 9 p.m. AND they had the nerve to charge us 77$ for the night!!!!!!!! We found much better accomodations at the Red Roof Inn around the corner and they were 25$ CHEAPER!!!!

I stayed at this hotel because my school had a reunion there. We checked in late on a Friday night and the lobby was full of drunks overflowing from the club there and security watching them. The parking lot was full. The next morning, there were very few cars in the lot so obviously the club is very popular.

The room was large but outdated. There were blood stains on the side of the mattress, next to the night stand. My girlfriend had a spring sticking out the side of her mattress. It was too late to find another place to stay.

We had room service and the service was great. The food was okay. There was a dearth of hot water in the shower even in the middle of the afternoon. There was fecal matter in the drain of our toilet- not ours! There was a dirty washcloth tossed under the bathroom countertop that was not ours either. The staff at check-in was...less than efficient. I do not recommend this hotel.
