We enjoyed our first night and since we had more visiting to do with friends, decided to spend a 2nd one there as well.

The rooms were clean, though the tiled floor in the hallway and bathroom had a sticky residue; very annoying with rubber soled shoes and sneakers.

The breakfast area was bright and cheerful. Staff was slow to replenish staples such as forks, coffee ... and the can of spray for the waffle iron was empty with no more to be found. The waffles released anyway, fortunately! Nice selection of fruit for b'fast, too.

The pool was unique in that the deepest part was only 4 feet but it ran the length of it instead of the width. The area by the stairs is 3 feet all the way down the length. I would have liked it deeper, but we weren't in a competiton so it was ok just for some laps.

In the laundry, the detergent dispenser "ate" my money, twice, so they sent one of their workers out to the store to buy me some detergent! They said they couldn't fix it until they could get into it and it was tended by someone from another Sleep Inn nearby. They were very pleasant about it.

We've stayed here several times in the last 2 years while visiting Tulsa. The staff are always nice, everything is always in order, and the rooms have been clean & quiet. Breakfast is fine, too. This is by no means a fancy hotel--but we weren't expecting that. On this recent trip, we were a little concerned because of all the baseball teams that were obviously staying there. It made for a crowded pool for a little while, but we never heard them in the hall; we've never heard any noises in the hall! Everyone slept great, and the location is perfect for that part of Tulsa.

This hotel was pretty good for the price. Despite the technical address, the hotel is right off the freeway exit but far enough to not be disturbed by all the traffic. All the major shopping and dining is at the next exit, but it's not too far. The person who checked me in was quite nice, granting a small extension on checkout time, and told me to call the desk if the school group that was staying at the hotel got unruly, but I didn't need to. The room was large and included a fridge and microwave. I noticed some crumbs on a chair and soap that was left in the tub area, but these issues were fairly minor, and the room was mostly clean overall. The free continental breakfast was pretty good too, particularly the huge waffle maker. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for the good value.

Stayed at this hotel at least 5 times in the past 2 years for both business and leisure and have not had a problem. The rooms have always been tidy and clean, the staff have always been friendly and helpful. My one gripe was with a north facing window that leaked the cold winter air in. But we turned up the heater and it was no longer an issue.
