This is a very good place to stay. Room was very clean, employees were very welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again

We stayed at the Best Western Inn and Suites for one night. I reserved my room using Best Western points and that seemed to be confusing for the desk clerk. She gave us our keys and said she would work on the “points” paperwork. She did have it done when we came to the desk in about an hour. The hotel is in an area that has every hotel imaginable within about 2 blocks. It has a Cracker Barrel Restaurant and a Ruby Tuesday within walking distance. The area felt safe but there was really no place to walk to except for the restaurants mentioned above. It is quite a ways from the downtown area. It is not a new hotel so the furnishings are average. There is an indoor pool that is nice and warm. It does not have a hot-tub so the warm pool was nice. There was free internet access and free breakfast and free parking. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again but I probably would want to try a different area of Tulsa if I ever went back.

The overall facilities were nice and adequate. The only problem I had was the rate I had gotten on the website (and called the 800 number to verify) was not what was honored. The front desk/manager told me I would have to contact the 800 number to rectify, but then proceeded to tell me that the hotel was independently owned--so not sure what the 800 number people could have done to make them honor what was told to me.

Breakfast was adequate-typical continental breakfast. Would stay again IF I was guaranteed the rate

Stayed here for one night when traveling route 66.

The rooms are nice, but the bed was a little hard to me. The breakfast was great, all-in-all it offered a great value.
