Because the street is relatively new, the GPS location for this hotel is wrong and will take you across town to a dangerous area. Beware! Otherwise, this an unremarkable hotel. Rooms are clean, service is good. The breakfast isn't very good, rooms are a bit pricey, but the area seems safe. Don't eat at the Village Inn next door, the food is not good there, either. I travel to Tulsa frequently and will probably stay there again.

We needed two rooms for a total of 15 days, and the hotel staff worked with us in negotiating a fair price. The rooms are large and comfortable, although one did smell a little like a locker room for a few days, but not enough to warrant changing rooms - we just opened the windows. Breakfast typical for this type of property --- make it yourself waffles, yogurt, some sort of hot eggs and meat. Staff very accomadating. The pool/spa hours are too restrictive. Within 15 minutes of the fairgrounds.

day 3 of route66 nice clean room with sofa and busy desk, fridge ,micrwave and good shower, beds very good to 8/10 ,pool and gym and laundy which was a god send
