I stayed here for a week and a bit. No problems. Everything was tired and old in the kitchen - but it worked. Everything was clean on arrival. Bedding was basic - but clean. Room was clean. No problems! Sanjay the owner/gm is a good guy and will take care of any problems ASAP.

I stayed here with my husband and son overnight on August 1. The outside scenery is very pretty and well-kept but upon closer inspection the buildings' paint is chipped and peeling in places and the wood is slightly weathered and cracked. The room was a very nice size but smelled odd. It included a fireplace (which we of course did not use considering the mid-summer 100+ degree temperatures) and a full kitchen (which we did not get to use either since we were only there for a night). The carpet had some small questionable stains on it outside the small, cramped bathroom, and when laying on the bed I noticed there were some small stain spots on the comforter of what appeared to be blood (!). The outside pool was OK, a little on the small side but nicely appointed and decorated. Location is decent, midtown Tulsa - short drive to eating and shopping. Overall, the property could definitely use a little TLC and updating. Studio 6 would be OK for a week's stay or more, skip it if a one or two night stay is all you are looking for.

I stayed for 2 nights, was clean and fine. Internet worked great. Breakfast was fine. Bed and pillows were good. Full kitchen was good. Nice details like TV channel guide and wired or wireless internet. good location. yes,, the wallpaper and paint had cracks but it was still very acceptable. Request upstairs room to avoid noisy neighbors.

The online description and photos were great, the reality was way less than expected. Checked in amid a crowd while clerk checked every action on the phone with the owner; slow to say the least. Air conditioner in the room was not working, maint. man didn't want to check freon so it must be our fault as we turned on lights in the room, (silly us wanting to see after dark). Woke up to a kitchen full of water from the air conditioner runoff from room upstairs. After complaining of circumstances were offered a 'suite' upstairs in another building that must not have been quite ready for prime time, upstairs loft/bedroom was hot (this after the non-cooling air conditioner in the first room. Reporting circumstances of the latest events did lead to an offer to refund one nights charge which we accepted; this was again charged to our card by weeks end leaving us billed the full amount for our stay. This is a tired hotel that should be put out to pasture and is run with questionable business practices, find another location for your stay in Tulsa.
