I was a little disappointed with the customer service at the front desk. I had mentioned I do not like first floor rooms which was also in my rewards profile and had asked for a room on a higher level. I understand this is not always an option, however my complaint about my room being on the first floor was ignored completely. We also dealt with the manager on another matter and were pleased with the help and suggestions we recieved from her. The rooms were adjacent to the parking lot on the first floor so it was higher in traffic and was louder then I would have liked. Also every now and then there was a loud banging which seemed to be coming from pipes above us as well as a closet in the room with a very loud motor in it. The pool was great for the kids, however we went to relax in the hot tub and as soon as we turned the bubbles on, the chemicals were stirred up and we actually had trouble staying in their the chemicals were so strong it was as if you were breathing in straight bleach. We mentioned it to the staff however the following night the same thing happened. If you use the hot tub do not turn the bubbles on. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was great for us. Close to everything.
