From the very start the stay went great!! The front desk staff member was extremely friendly and welcoming! The king size suite was clean and welcoming with an awesome bed!!! We stayed 4 nights and this visit made new loyal customers out of us!!! Great military discount that helped this moving military family!!

I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at a range of hotels from 2 to 5 stars all over the world and I can honestly say that this is one of the nicer hotels that I've stayed at.

The quality of this hotel far outperforms both the 4 star Renaissance and Marriott hotels in Tulsa. It is extremely comfortable and definitely an all around pleasant stay.

The Holiday Inn Express on 71st was great. Very clean, has an indoor pool & hot tub, decent complimentary breakfast, and very nice people working at the front desk. The location is perfect. Right next to a large Kirkland's and a Barnes & Noble. Just down the street from Woodland Hills Mall. Plenty of nice restaurants all around. And easy access on and off the interstate. It worked out perfectly for us :)

I got over 80 bedbug bites at this hotel & when I called to notify the manager of the situation, I was told that they had no problems with this before & I must have gotten them from home or did I stay at another hotel, but they would check. Next morning I received a phone call, never apologizing for the problem, but saying she should have offered me my room compensation, but forgot too. It would be fair to quess that they did have the bedbug problems I had spoken about. I was given their insurance agency & was treated badly & rudely by them & sent them my medical expenses & the sorted the payment by half of my total expenses. I also made a complaint to Holiday Inn & recieved no response to my problems.
