We reserved 5 rooms in February to attend a convention in July. Got to the motel to check-in and from the get-go things were messed up. Rooms weren't together and other people were having the same problems with check-in. This place lets Arrow Truck lines park their trucks in the parking lot, takes up most of the parking stalls and then the trucks idle most of the time while waiting for loads out. One of our group was robbed while in the parking lot and we believe some of the truck drivers were co-conspirators in the scam. The pool gets taken over by the drivers waiting and they stay in the pool way past hours. This place doesn't deserve the title of a Super 8 motel. We stay at Super 8 often and this was "hands down" the worst and non-hospitable place we could have stayed. It wasn't very clean and the front desk staff was not much help for anything. Avoid this place.

The stopover at the Super 8 on 5811 S 49th W Ave in Sapulpa (Tulsa) Oklahoma was not planned. And boy did I pay for this oversight. Even for a Super 8 motel, this was below average in terms of cleanliness. Cleanliness is of utmost importance for me, and unfortunately, it was not a priority at this motel. It was not a dump, but the carpets were old and the room had that damp, dirty carpet smell which they tried to cover up with aerosol spray. Also, I did not like the type of people that this place attracted. There were people drinking beer outside their rooms and laughing and joking and saying "give me your money" and talking about certain sexual acts etc. I would never ever stay here again.

Spent two nights in this motel when we visited Tulsa to attend PGA Championship. Location is very convenient. Just off the Interstate. Few restaurents are around. Cleanliness of the room is below average. Breakfast is as usual ( toast, bananas, cereal etc) in other Super 8 motels. I booked this motel through Orbitz.com and paid in advance. The motel also charged to my Visa card after our stay. I had to make few phone calls and send the invoices to Orbitz to get my money back. However this motel is good if you looking for cheap and night only accomodation.

This is by far the most filthy hotel/motel I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was growing all sorts of black mold and mildew, evidently housekeeping doesn't use any cleaners here. My family and I were there for a short overnight stay. The staff wasn't very pleasant and you had to call several times to get extra towels. Super 8 corporate should be looking at this hotel because it really gives Super 8 a bad name!
