“Winstar Hotel”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 February 2012

I can not believe the price of the rooms there. $129.00 if it's not a holiday $249.00 for labor day for a room that is no better than a Laquinta, Best Western, or Holiday Express. Plus your there spending money in their casino and they want to charge that much for a room. Go to Vegas and get a room at the mirage for less than a $100.00 or go to Louisiana and get free rooms.

Room Tip: There are none at this hotel

“HORRIBLE!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 January 2012

people found this review helpful

We stayed there on Christmas night in room 213--it was awful. We will never stay there again.
The people were unfriendly. The supposedly "non-smoking" room, you could smell smoke. The carpet was freyed and dirty. The hair dryer was filthly. The vent in the bathroom was hanging, almost ready to fall out of the ceiling. The Television was outdated with poor reception. The bathroom sink was stopped up.
We paid $159.00 and then when we received our credit card bill, we had been charged $318.00 for two nights instead of one.
One miserable Christmas night!

Room Tip: JUST AVOID THE HOTEL!!! Go about 5 miles down the road to Hampton Inn

Stayed here with a friend. Good for the price. Comfortable beds. Breakfast coupons. Nice size room with a home setting, couch makes into a bed, kitchen area. Very clean, good showers. Shuttle service to casino. Runs often, not much waiting. Will stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms fill up fast, call early for reservations.

“Small, convenient room”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 November 2011
4
people found this review helpful

The Inn is located about 1/4 mile from the Winstar Casino on the reservation property. The rooms are small, comparable to a Motel 6 or an older Holiday Inn, with no closet apparent. They are fine for a one night stay with a comfortable bed, good TV and a working tub and shower. The motel appears to have been built for the Casino players as opposed to have being built for vacationers. It serves it's purpose. They do have a shuttle to the Casino if needed. The rooms are very pricey compared to some motels which are a mile or two away from the Casino however they are about $90 per night less expensive than the Winstar Holel which is connected to the Casino itself.
At check-in the Inn did give us a free breakfast at the Casino buffet. We did enjoy the breakfast at the Casino. We have now received, in the mail, two complimentary nights Sunday thru Thursday for both November and December. We will definitely take advantage of the these.
Pros: Convenient to the Casino, shuttle available, friendly front desk staff, free breakfast at the Casino buffet, comfortable beds
Cons: None other than price
