This Hampton Inn really needs to be RENOVATED!! The entrance doors were not automated and the hall and stairway carpets were gross, it looked as though it had not been vacuumed since it was installed. There were nasty spots, stains, and food crumbs everywhere. The room was fair but the air from the air conditioner had a stale smell. The carpet in the bedroom was cleaner, thank goodness. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was bad, next to an all night IHOP. The exterior had a lot to be desired also. I am from the south and have stayed at many Hampton Inns but if the next one is as poorly maintained as this one it will be my last stay. I almost went back out the door when I arrived but we had traveled over five hundred miles and just wanted a clean and inviting place to spent the night. The bed was okay. I would not stay here again unless they tear it down and rebuild or gut it and then hire a staff that will keep it clean.

The hotel looked fine on the outside and the staff was friendly enough, but then came the major problem...Checking in at 1am in June in Oklahome when temps had been 95 that day. The third floor of the hotel was stifling hot and when we opened our room...NO AIR was even turned on! The complimentary chocholate on the night stand was even soft from the heat. I can only imagine the heat if we'd have checked in at 1pm. It took over an hour for with the poor air conditioner on high cool and high fan with the night air blowing through the window for us to finally be able to move without sweating every inch. When asked why the air conditioner wasn't turned on, I was told its the hotel's policy. Nothing like a heat stroke in a June in Oklahoma. Sad for a hotel that costs twice as much as other hotels. Checking out and moving to another hotel tomorrow where they assured me that the room would be cool upon my arrival. You know your air conditioner is in trouble when you can barely hear the fan blowing. So unless you want your own personal sauna avoid this property in June.

Am a gold member of HiltonHonors and have stayed at a LOT of Hampton Inns. This will be the last. Room smelled like bleach or some cleaner. The A/C took a while to get cool and smelled like something burning. Coffee was left over in the pot from the previous guest. Gross! This hotel practically shares a parking lot with a 24-hour IHOP. Teens were skateboarding in the lot all night. Didn't like leaving my car in this parking lot. Done staying at Hampton Inns after this.

This was our first stay at a Hampton Inn and it made a great first impression. Room was very comfortable including the beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great consisting of scrambled eggs, bisquits and gravy, and the usual assortment of muffins, pastries, juice, milk, cereal, and hot beverages. The kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Two restaurents are located on either side of the hotel - Cracker Barrel and IHOP. We ate dinner at the Cracker Barrel and it was great!
