My husband, my self and our son were staying in the Microtel in Pryor, OK in Oct. When we got to the hotel to check in (we had a reservation) it was as if we had walked into a sauna. It was so hot in the building. When we got our no smoking room it smelled like we were in an ash tray. They, the hotel, kindly let us change rooms. In our new room I was washing my hands and noticed that the sink drained very slowly, I figured that was okay, we could deal with that, but when I went to take a shower the bath tub did not drain at all. Both my husband and I tried to get it to drain but nothing worked. I went to talk to the front desk about it and he said we could take a shower in another room. After much debate, he said we could just change rooms, but first he was going to have to make sure that the new tub drained. I said okay and he finally came and told us we could change rooms. We were supposed to move to the room right beside us. Well, when we had checked in the day before, an older couple checked in at the same time into the room beside ours (the room we were supposed to be moving to). After they had gone into the room they also changed rooms very quickly. So before we were going to change into that room we wanted to go look at. My husband and I went over to the "new" room and thankfully pulled the bedspread back and to our surprise we found dark hair on the pillow as well as pubic hairs in the bed. It was disgusting. My husband went to the front desk to tell the mgr. we were checking out and to see if we could get a discount for our troubles and he said no that he was trying to work with us. My husband then said that the room he put us in was dirty, but the man still refused. While I was packing up our things I happened to notice that feces was on the blanket on the bed. Needless to say we changed hotels.
