Our family of four stayed in this motel in July while travelling Route 66. We asked the receptionist of recommendations for eating out. She was friendly and told us about this restaurant across the road. The next morning, we realized A LOT of money had gone missing from our luggage. The only time it was away from us was while it was in the motel room - and the only person who knew we were out of the room was the receptionist.
This means either two things:
1) This motel needs to better its security of the rooms.
2) The staff need to be investigated.
Just like a previous review states...this place is UNSAFE and not to be trusted.

My husband and I stayed when he was out of town for work. We stayed in an upper floor king suite. Room was okay, a bit out dated. It was clean with the exception of a few stains on the carpet and a burn hole in the shower (Who smokes in the shower?) but nothing I wouldn't expect from an older room. The bed was clean and comfortable, the shower was clean and hot, and the ac worked great. There is some traffic noise but it is right next to I-40, if you need complete quiet I would suggest another hotel but if you are like me and sleep with a fan most nights the noise will help you sleep. Room had a nice mini-frig, microwave, and coffee pot. The tv was outdated but worked, not a huge fan of COX cable. Did have the internet cut out a couple of times but nothing I can't deal with. There were plenty of towels, pillows, wash clothes, soaps and shampoo so I didn't need to ask for anything. The staff was nice but I didn't see much of them. The hotel is close to many resturants, malls, shopping, the zoo and racetrack, even a go-cart/putput golf place next door. Can't comment on breakfast because I didn't eat any of it.

Thank Goodness! This property is on the road to a complete turn around, a total package of affordable AND clean! Riff raft few and far between, close to major attractions, friendly staff.

We travelled Route "66" from Chicago to Los Angeles in pre booked hotels and motels , booked by ATI , this place was by far the worst place i have ever stayed in anywhere.
The receptionist was rude , the Motel was dirty , it appeared to be a party place for the homeless,police were regular visitors.
How can you rate a tip like this???
We loved America this place spolt it ,please dont go , its not safe.
