Ive stayed at this Days in about half a dozen times so obviously its not that bad of a place. I would rate it 3 out of 5 if I was just considering the room/facilities/services/etc. but I pushed it up to 4 out of 5 because I think its a good value. In short, relatively inexpensive rooms that may not be the most up-to-date but are clean and well kept.

I'll sum it up in some quick lines:
Pros:
1) Great deal for the money - cheap - going through Priceline, got two King bed rooms for around $50 each, including taxes.
2) King beds were on 3rd floor - only stairs available that I saw.
3) Outdoor entries - could be a weather issue for really bad days
4) Breakfast average but good food - Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, muffins, milk, juice, etc.
5) Rooms clean, and with King bed only, a lot of room.
6) King room had microwave and small undercounter frig (ample size)
7) Wireless connection available with password connection.
8) Easy in/out access to 4 lane right next to Hotel.
9) Short distance to variety of restaurants. Remember to use Frontage roads, not 4 lane.
Cons:
1) Water pressure really low, but ample hot water.
2) Didn't provide bathroom box tissues in all the rooms, even though it was asked. They might have forgotten?
3) Rooms located towards highway side had some road noice, but not unbearable.

Summary: Overall, great deal for the money.

I was expecting basic but it was a bit to basic. Room was run down and fusty, not very clean and in need of refurbishment. On a good note we sleep well - im not sure if that was anything to do with all the miles we had covered on the day we arrived.

Breakfast was ok! For what we paid for the room it was good value.

the 4 night i was there i was pleased with it. sleep really good. only complaint was only 15 channels to choose from & 3 were news,2 spanish & 5 sports, not a big selection. the guy from india was very polite & helpful. the women was a different story. the breakfast was pleased with
