This hotel is a typical Marriott Courtyard. My room was of standard Courtyard size, very clean, 2 double beds, ample work area with wired internet, and a well-stocked bathroom. Check-in was handled efficiently by a pleasant front desk clerk, as was my check-out. Parking was convenient, and there are a number of keyed accesses into the building, making it fairly convenient to get to my 3rd floor room from close-by parking. I stayed on a weekend rate ($67/night) which was reasonable for the quality and location of this hotel.
Wired internet access in my room was convenient, but I noted that download speeds were a bit slow at times. It wasn't a big deal, but if anyone plans to do some heavy work on the internet, this may be something to be aware of.
I've stayed here a few times over the past 2-3 years and have not encountered any of the problems that others have reported regarding this hotel. I've never had a room that was not clean, comfortable, and in good repair, nor have I ever encountered any staff that weren't helpful and pleasant. Nor have I ever felt unsafe in the parking lot or the neighborhood in general.
In the immediate vicinity are a many other hotels in various price ranges (from Motel 6 to Hyatt Place), fast food, gas stations, family restaurants (Denny's), and shopping (Wal-Mark, Office Depot, Hobby Lobby, and others) are a short drive away - 1 exit to MacArthur on I-40. Downtown OKC is about 10-15 minutes away.
My rating of "Average" is in comparison to other Courtyards that I've stayed at. This one is, for all intents and purposes, typical of Courtyards, based on my own experience.
One minor suggestion for the hotel - I was told that coffee was only available when the restaurant is open. Many hotels keep coffee available around the clock. That would be a nice touch.
