The company I work for seems to like to book Choice Hotels for some reason, and this stay at the Comfort Inn was my first and last. The check in was painless, however we were meet by a severely drunken resident who proceeded to lecture us on why Oklahoma smelled bad, and the perfection of Texas. Then once we got into the hotel room, the night went from bad to worse. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it was clear that some had very recently smoked in the room. The carpet was worn and stained, the sheets on the bed were thread-bare and had several cigarette burns. The light in the bathroom did not work and the internet connection was useless. The breakfast was awful, one of the worst continentals I have had. All in all, a horrible disaster, would avoid at all costs! The Comfort Suites that is adjoining the Comfort Inn is better although marginally, but is usually cheaper per night for some reason.
