This hotel has had a facelift, but still needs some work. Walked in the room and was pleasantly surprised until I checked out the pillows. I'm serious here and not over exaggerating! These pillows look and feel like the management went dumpster diving behind a super 8! Tiny, lumpy, old and worn out. Seriously bad! Your granny had better pillows in the back for the farm animals. Asked for new ones and the staff searched and searched but said they were all the same. Definitely not worth the 3 star rating. Plan your priceline bidding accordingly!

We have stayed here a couple times & had a decent experience. We heard they had renovated the hotel so booked New Years Eve. The renovation was not complete, at least the room we were in. However the hotel is very clean and the staff is always extremely nice & helpful. They even took us out to a night club & came back to pick us up at 1:30 in the morning the average wait for a cab that night was 2 to 3 hours so they were a lifesaver for us.

Like most of the Crown Plaza's where I have stayed, the Crown Plaza in Oklahoma City is undergoing a major renovation. The roped off areas around the entrance were an inconvenience, but we at least had a preview of what is to come, and I firmly believe that this hotel will shine in 2012. The room itself was roomy, well-appointed, up-to-date, and comfortable. The bed and bedding were worthy of a nice upscale hotel. Like other renovation projects there are a few places where the facitlity falls short. In this case the elevators were small and there weren't enough of them. And the bathrooms were pretty tight. I hope to check things out in the future when the work is done. This is a promising property, just not yet. Staff was well-trained and helpful.

Just recently got back from Oklahoma City, and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The place was a great value and is starting to look nicer compared to what it used to look like. The staff was very hospitable and empathetic. I never received bad service while I was there. They were mentioning how they were undergoing major renovations and that excites me due to my frequent trips!! I CANT WAIT!! I will definitely come back here every business trip!
