Over the years my husband and I have stayed here several times over the years.. this weekend WILL be the last. I checked in and imediately noticed that there was what appeared to be feces on the bathroom wall and on the doornob. The room had a funny odor too. I called the front desk and they sent a housekeeper to clean the bathroom. I thought that it was probably an honest oversite. I came back later that evening after going to a ball game. There were several shirtless hispanic men that looked a little suspcious, standing by the pool smoking something that i don't believe was a cigarette. They were playing their music very loudly. Some other family members were coming to stay so I rented the room that adjoined ours. That room had dried urine in the bathroom and it too smelled awful. I was very disappointed and will not stay here again. The beds were hard as rocks, the a/c wasn't great and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

The room looked really nice, but after we got all of our stuff inside ,got undressed & ready to relax, we turned down the bed & found dirty sheets & pillow cases (someone had written on one of them & there was mascara all over another one). There was hair all over the bathtub also. It was not a very pleasant experience. We should have checked before we accepted the room, but we were extremely tired, our bad!
