Front desk clerk was very friendly and nice. I slept horrible--scratchy blanket and very flat pillows. The next morning I found a bed bug in my bed. I could not squash it so finally got it into a cup and drowned it in hot water. Took it to the front desk. The maintenance man agreed that it was a bed bug. Young lady took down info and said manager would call me. Also, I had to extend our stay a little because my husband & son were running in the OKC Memorial Marathon & needed to clean up afterwards. I was given permission by the front desk clerk to stay until 3:00 although she said it would cost me an additional $15. When I went back to pay that fee, I was told it was taken care of. I have not received a call yet from the manager/owner although I did call them yesterday then called back again this morning. I was given to the Assistant Office Manager who more or less called me a liar and said the room didn't have bed bugs and also since I had not checked out by 1:00, my room was charged for an extra night. I asked her to have the owner/manager call me but really don't expect him to call. Why should he? He doesn't care about his customers or repeat business.

-The room was very clean with new-looking carpet and nice bedspreads.
-The refrigerator and microwave were a bonus.
-The office personnel worked with me to try to accommadate my needs for my mobilized wheelchair-riding mother. They offered us a different room when I showed concerns about the placement of the handicap ramp compared to our room.
-The maintenance man went beyond his job description to offer help. He gave us his phone number and even helped with our wheelchair lift when it did not work properly.
-The only negative was the entrance to our room was about an inch and a half up from the ouside walk. The maintenance man got us a piece of wood to use so we could get my mom's mobilized wheelchair into our room. All of the rooms in that building on the ground floor were like that. I didn't notice if the other building was like that, but can only assume it was. I would not classify this motel as being handicapped accessible.

Enjoyed a pleasant and clean 3 day stay! Loved the friendly smiling faces that were consistent and clean room. Any question and request was met w a satifactory to even better- then -hoped for answer/ solution! THANKS AGAIN GUYS! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! !!

Toilet ran, tub did not drain. dirty shabby rooms, horrible discourteous staff, shabby run down, linens fit for a dog you don't like, towels that could be used for 60 grit sand paper. Noisey ghetto neighborhood.
