My daughter and I were driving cross country and staying at Days Inns (mostly), and so far all were a good experience. We arrived late in the evening into OK City, and stopped at 3 other hotels before we found a room at this Days Inn. We got a room and were grateful because we were exhausted. We unloaded our stuff into a rather shabby room, but we were too tired to care. Then we took a shower, and crawled into our beds before we noticed that the room smelled awful. The smell kept us up all night - like urine in the carpets.

When we checked into the room the floor had not even been vacumed, the bathtub was filthy even had soap scum around the tub. I complained to the front desk and was told we could move into another room. We went to the desk and got another key. We went to the new room and the key did not work. We returned to the front office and were told there was only one room left that was available. We had to move our belongings to the other room and it was already late at night. The only good thing about staying at this motel was the free breakfast. I will never stay at another Days Inn again and I think the owners of the hotel group should do some kind of inspection as to the overall condition of this motel. The ad said it had been recently renovated, but it was difficult to see. I only saw a run-down, in need of repair and dirty rooms motel.

spent a very rainy night in this motel, which was the start of a major flooding in the area. had a ground floor unit which allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the spectacle, and... make a spectacle of ourself *sheepish grin*
management swiftly but very compassionately put a stop to thist, at the request of another guest.
our room was clean and adequately equipped with everything we needed, can't comment on the breakfast as i didn't take any, were able to open the windows and thus avoid the aircon, which was a bonus.
overall a pleasant and memorable stay, would stay here again.

We arrived at 11PM and just got the last non smoking room because we didn't book ahead. Which is probably why the rate was 80 dollars but it looked safe and the room was clean. I was also extremely impressed with the buffet breakfast and judging how busy it was so were others. Not bad for the price.
