The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. It is located close to restaurants, shopping and the highway into OKC. Breakfast isn't too bad if you're looking for more of a continental breakfast. Dinner on the other hand was by far the worst I've ever had in OKC. It was very clear there's a problem in the kitchen. The tails on the shrimp in my Penne Pasta were charcoaled black and the pasta was soaked in about 2 inches of oil from the pesto. My friends steak was so bad, he could hardly cut it with a knife. He ordered it medium. What was really funny is that all of our food was over cooked if not burned, but it was served to us cold. I can't even say it was warm. We did not say anything to the manager because he came over and helped the waitress remove our plates. He saw the food on the plates that no one hardly ate and didn't say a word. It was almost as if he wanted to hurry up and get them off the table and get away from us as fast as possible. Good place to sleep, just don't plan on eating anything other than a snack or sandwich. There's too many good restaurants within walking distance. We decided to stay in because it was so cold. Next time, no matter how cold it is, we're going someplace else for dinner. This was my second stay at this hotel. I would stay here again, just not eat in it. I wondered about the drinking glasses. There seemed to be lint from the bath towels all over them as if someone had wiped them down or dried them with the bath towel. Because I was skeptical I didn't drink out of them.

I have stayed at this location many times, and it is always a great experience. They have there own restaurant with great food which makes it nice if you don't feel like going out, but if you do feel like going out there are plenty of dining establishments in the area. Now the friendly and helpful staff will bring your stay to a whole new level. Will definitely stay here again service and stay stands out from other hotels in the area.

This hotel was easy to find and convenient to my meeting. The room was very nice and the towel animal were a nice touch. Had room service for dinner and everything arrived hot. Super value for a solid hotel in a business corridor.

Stayed for two nights. Hotel was located north of the city next to the tollway. Staff was friendly and check in was speedy. Room was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the welcoming note from our housekeeper was a nice touch. Was nice the mall was close by. Had dinner at the cafe and because they didn't have register paper so they comped our meal. Food was great and the service was excellent. Tried out the pool and hot tub. Definitely will stay there again. Hats off to the staff for a great stay.
