We arived at 10:30 pm to find they had overbooked their rooms and had sold ours! Yes, we had prepaid through Travelocity! So after nearly an hour of searching the nearby hotesl they put us up at the Hyatt across the street, which was a gorgeous hotel. They next day we had to move back to the Wingate to find that they put us two gals in a room without two beds!! So one of us slept on a TERRIBLE sofa bed! The next nite they finally found us the room we booked and we moved one last time. It was a huge inconvenience and I felt the the hotel was poorly managed and staffed.The rooms were nice, clean. The two beds when we finally got them were excellent.

We were in Oklahoma City for a baseball tournament and decided to stay at this hotel for the weekend. We were impressed with the rooms on how spacious they were. The rooms were clean and felt like home. The continental breakfast was really good and had a good selection of food. The hotel staff was friendly. We will stay at this hotel again next time we are in OKC

We have had a week long road trip, and out of all the hotels in different cities, this one I would rate one of my top two picks of the week for value, room size, cleanliness, and customer service. Very comfortable bed. Great mid-grade breakfast. Staff friendly and accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Stayed for a week for horse show seemed ok. Front desk wonderful but that is were ended. The bedroom window did not seal do it howled all night when wind blew. Bathroom fan sounded like low flying aircraft and then quit working altogether. Forgot my nightgown they were taking to another room and it never made it. Not sure how they vacuumed as nothing disappeared. Front staff were wonderful. Value was there
