We will not be staying here again. Booked one night, prior to an early morning flight. Sheets were clean, floor had been swept. Otherwise, it appears as though plenty of cleaning is overlooked on a long term basis. Bathroom door edges and the refrigerator door was much too brown to simply have been overlooked once or twice. Better than a no-tell-motel (had one of those once when we were exhausted - I'll sleep in the car before we do that again!) but not up to par on cleanliness for even a budget hotel chain. This is one hotel I'll avoid next time we need to stay in the City before an early morning flight.

made reservations online. received confirmation number but when we got there had no rooms. The Extended stay reservation line is of no help. Kind of said to bad so sad. Most unprofessional hotel chain I have ever encountered. don't take the chance you won't have a room

I stayed at this hotel on business for about two weeks. My employer made the arraignments and paid for it. This is a no frills basic hotel that is best used for short term stays. The rooms are fairly clean, but it is only cleaned once a week (Thursday) if you want a change of sheets or towels before then, you have to pay extra for it. The staff is not bad, but there are no additional services or such as room service, a lounge, pool a place to sit outside or even a closet. (Just a pole to hang your clothes on.) Wi-Fi is an additional $5 if you need it. However, For the price, you get what you pay for if you don’t mind bare bones. The next time I am in OKC, I will stay elsewhere.

This is my second time in the States, first time was heaven, so, i was expecting much, and was disappointed, the hotel was just average, the staff were rude, and to make things worse, my resrvation was thrown out the night i arrived. sad.
