made reservations online. received confirmation number but when we got there had no rooms. The Extended stay reservation line is of no help. Kind of said to bad so sad. Most unprofessional hotel chain I have ever encountered. don't take the chance you won't have a room

I stayed at this hotel on business for about two weeks. My employer made the arraignments and paid for it. This is a no frills basic hotel that is best used for short term stays. The rooms are fairly clean, but it is only cleaned once a week (Thursday) if you want a change of sheets or towels before then, you have to pay extra for it. The staff is not bad, but there are no additional services or such as room service, a lounge, pool a place to sit outside or even a closet. (Just a pole to hang your clothes on.) Wi-Fi is an additional $5 if you need it. However, For the price, you get what you pay for if you don’t mind bare bones. The next time I am in OKC, I will stay elsewhere.

This is my second time in the States, first time was heaven, so, i was expecting much, and was disappointed, the hotel was just average, the staff were rude, and to make things worse, my resrvation was thrown out the night i arrived. sad.

Used Priceline with a $39 bid for a 2 star hotel, and got the ESA -NW. When we arrived at the ESA-NW late at night, they told us they were overbooked but had a room for us at the airport location. With little recourse at 10PM we followed their directions which led us through neighborhoods with bars on the windows and finally arrived at this location. When we arrived, the sole attendant was outside smoking with a couple of men who were also smoking and drinking beer from cans. We were checked in to a nonsmoking room. We took the elevator up to the third floor where we were greeted by a couple of guys hanging out in the hallway smoking and drinking beer. My wife and I locked ourselves and our one year old in our room, then found only two very flat pillows in the room. My wife called down for more, which they had, but due to one attendant on duty made us come back downstairs for them. To top it all off the nonsmoking room reeked of smoke the entire time we were there. Definitely not a 2 star hotel - don't ever pay full price for this place. Tolerable as a cheapie motel, but don't expect any more. Priceline did make good on this as after complaining about the relocation they refunded our entire purchase price.
