Got this hotel for $35 plus tax on Priceline ($47 total) and it certainly wasn't worth more than that. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, carpets in the room were worn and unkempt, comforter had cigarette stains in it (and it was a non-smoking room), and the towels were the thickness of something you'd buy at the dollar store. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM, and the front desk is not open after 11, so there was nothing that could be done to change rooms. Hotel was also not signed well and hard to find. Priceline rates this particular ESA as a two-star. As I commented to customer service after I was awarded this property but before I stayed, I'd say thats a stretch. Might be better than a 1-star, but not a 2-star. It can fill your needs for a place to sleep for one night, but thats about it. I'm in Springdale, Arkansas right now at another Priceline 2-star property- its a Hampton Inn, and its very nice. This Extended Stay property was not- if it hadn't been so late in the evening I'd have gone to see if the Sleep Inn down the street had any rooms.
