Our home flooded due to a busted dishwasher hose and Quality Inn Southwest was the nearest hotel that would allow us to bring our two big dogs. The room was upstairs, even though I would have preferred downstairs because one of my dogs just had his knee replaced in May. They never bothered to ask me if I had a preference and there was no elevator. Aren't they supposed to ask if anyone in the party needs handicapped access? I know it might sound silly, but he had a really hard time with the stairs.
Breakfast was decent, but our room smelled terrible. There was lots of noise at night given that the hotel is right next door to a strip club.
