I stayed here on a business trip for a meeting at another hotel across the street, but I chose to stay at the Hyatt because of the super comfortable rooms. When my meeting got cancelled at the last minute, they had no problem letting me camp out in the lobby and work until I could catch my flight, which wasn't until later that day, and the staff was very accommodating and regularly checking to see if I needed anything. As someone who travels often, I was incredibly impressed with the friendliness of this staff.
It is also very close (without having to cross the street) to a couple of restaurants, which is very convenient, and the small bar area in the lobby is a nice place to relax or get some work done.
