We've stayed here twice. The second time, just this week, was fine, but as one reviewer said, the sitting area was so large that it made the sleeping area tiny, and the bed is right next to the a/c. This wasn't much of an issue for us, and we are always bothered by the cycling on/off of hotel a/c units. The first time, I think our room was more balanced, so ask to see a variety of rooms and pick one.

We love having the sitting area. It's great to eat the free, plentiful breakfast, or to bring dinner home too (very nice with 2 small kids - they've got some room to roll around.). Everything was fine, service was great - no complaints at all.

We stayed here for a week, the room was clean and nice and large. Maid service was excellent. Shopping and lots or restaurants close by. Coffee available 24 hours a day- staff very nice. Outdoor pool- grounds clean- entire hotel nice. Will be staying here again. Free breakfast was great.

DUMP, doesn't look to bad from outside, rooms are plain and staff is poor. The starbucks next store closed down and dinner options near by are limited. I tried this property because i got a good rate, but after the visit $90 was a rip-off. I stay at marriotts about 100 nights a year and the older springhill suites ( like this) are laid out poorly and have poor quality finish in the rooms.

I stayed at this hotel many years ago when it was Amerisuites. The hotel was found this weekend to be in VERY good condition in every way. I'm reading the reviews and wondering if they are talking about the same property. It is not outdated. It is clean. It is comfortable. We were in the city for a volleyball tourney. Friends of ours stayed at another property the night before and paid 50.00 more for a room with none of the amenities our room had.

The hotel VOLUNTEERED a late checkout due to blizzard-like conditions. The lady at the desk just suggested we might consider it so we could take a look at road conditions.

My daughter very much enjoyed the breakfast both mornings.

My husband is with an airline. We travel a lot and stay in a variety of places with a variety of price points. I would rate this hotel the highest in every way. My 13 year old daughter was equally happy as was the other family that moved out of their first hotel for our hotel the second night.

My ONLY complaint is that I wasn't given my Visa Rebate or a Voucher upon leaving and when I called customer service (customer care), I stayed on hold twenty minutes only to fall to a dial tone.

The hotel location is surrounded by the mall, many other shopping and eating options, and it has easy access to all central highways through the city area.

Oh, by the way, I DO know how to complain if the experience isn't as it should be. : ) LOL!
