When we got to the hotel it was very nice from the outside. It looked like a newer hotel, that thought was very short lived after we got inside. There were several details that to me should be fixed and updated. The wall paper in the hallways was peeling off and it was very dirty, sheets were thin and pillows were flat and lumpy. The people next to us had a little dog that would yelp and bark everytime we would come or go from the room, and you could also smell smoke coming from the room, even though it was a non-smoking room. We complained to the girl at the front desk and nothing was done, she just brushed me off. Anyways the room was dirty from the last occupants. There was milk that had dried on the table and hair everywhere on the table and also hair on the bathroom floor, including pubic hair, which was disgusting, which I have noticed in other peoples reviews. Also something I should mention, when we reserved the room we didn't no that they didn't offer double queens, all of the double rooms are full, which made for some very uncomfortable nights with two people scrunched together in a small full bed. The breakfast, was nothing special, there was bread for toast, waffles, apples and muffins, coffee and juice that was it. It was nothing like what others have described in the their reviews. The pool area was very nice, except for all of the teenagers swiming with clothes on, not bathing suits, so by the time we wanted to swim the pool was really gross with hair and whatever else from all of the kids. Anyways, we were recommended to stay here by some friends, I don't no why. i would never recommed this hotel to anyone.

This hotel takes the cake as one of the worst places I have every stayed. I traveled with a work group and this hotel provides discounts for our company. Here it goes....
1. We arrive and 3 of our 9 rooms assigned are not made up and there is trash in the room.
2. I enter my room and find the bathroom doors off the hinges with no hinges in site. They appeared back on the door when I returned from dinner.
3. The carpet in the room especially by the door did not appear to been cleaned in many moons.
4. One traveler tried his hotel phone to call for a wake-up and the phone did not work.
5. Returned from business day and water for entire hotel was shut off. There was a water main break on first floor. Water was off for at least 6 hours per mgr. When water was turned back on, brown water and hard material came out of pipes in sinks and tubs. Following dinner that night, we went to a grocery store and bought a case of bottled water to brush our teeth with and to drink.
6. Hotel called rooms and offered up a free movie (Payperview) due to the inconvience of the water situation. None of us that tried could get a free movie to even play. There were wavy lines on the TV set. No value there.
7. Breakfast was bareable but seeing all the paint peel, sections of wallpaper peeling off the walls of this place, there was not much of an appetite left.
8. Equipment in small gym room broken and not usable.

They need to shut this hotel down for a couple of months and severly renovate or they need to bulldoze it. It isn't worth saving.

We arrived and everything was ready for us. They handed us our keys and we were on our way to our room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Plus this hotel is pet friendly. We found the room to be quiet and checkout went just as well.

1. We are in town for a funeral and we stayed in one room last night but had to change rooms b/c of the smell of smoke (and we asked for a non smoking room).
2. New room: We had to give our baby a bath before bedtime. I thought the bathroom was dirty b/c there was hair all over tub, a dirty washcloth on tub basin, and no clean towels, but I was in a hurry so I cleaned it myself and let it go.
3. I was getting into bed and thankfully b/c I had seen a hair on the nicely made bed earlier, I was cautious when I turned down the covers, looking for more hairs, etc. I couldn't believe what I saw - no lie - there was pubic hair all over the sheet and what appeared to be dried semen on both the top and bottom sheets. This room was never cleaned before we arrived and what's worse is they obviously tried to make it look clean by making the beds, etc.
4. I call downstairs. It rings repeatedly for 5 full minutes (9:45 pm). I call on my cell and he answers. I tell him what's happened and that I would normally be leaving this hotel right away but I can't b/c I'm alone here with my sleeping baby. So he (the only one on staff in the entire hotel) says he'll be up here in a minute to take care of it.
5. He's still not here yet (I'm online writing this while I wait).
6. I have NEVER been so grossed out in my life. Do NOT stay here if you have a choice.
The only great thing about this hotel is it's walking distance to a fantastic pizza place - Hideaway Pizza!
