First off..I use to work here.
Let me tell yo what really goes on here.
They don't wash the sheets all the time.
I was told by the head maid that we have alot of rooms to get to so,if the sheet don't look dirty then don't worry about them...I never did that but that was the first red flag!
Watch Out! Don't leave anything if you want it back. For that matter make sure you know where everything is when you leave the room. I witnessed the Female manager go in a room and come out with what ever she wanted...clothes,makeup, pills,ect.
I have also seen her use the customers makeup while they were out of the room.
A man once left an ipod...he called in asking about it and was told it was not found when in fact it had been and was fought over by the female manager and the head maid.
These are just a few things I witnessed while working there.
Needless to say...I didn't work there long!
I quit when I realized these people had no morals!
I strongly advise you not to stay here unless you enjoy being ripped off!

Check in and out was quick and simple. Our room was average size. The decor was attractive and clean.

Best - VERY confortable beds and a breakfast bar that included sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs, and waffles

The hotel is fairly new, but had a broken window high above the foyer - completely shattered, but held together by plastic lamination. Upon initial check-in we were given a room that was already occupied. We got that straightened out, and later that evening after we used the key card to access the hotel from the entry door at the far end, it would not function on our room doorlock. We got a new card and were fine again. The next day the very same thing happened and I expressed my disgust to the desk clerk about this recurring problem, but was told "the cards are very sensitive and if you went through a security system like at Wal-Mart it will cause deactivation of the key card." I think that is bunk! Anyhow, the next morning we received a 5 AM wake-up call "by mistake." I mentioned this to the desk later that morning at a more reasonable hour and an apology was made. The rest of our stay was uneventful. The breakfast provided is a standard continental breakfast with sausage, eggs, bagels and make-your-own waffle. The quality of the breakfast was good, but there was not any decaffeinated coffee available other than in the individual rooms.

I stayed at the BW Norman Inn and Suites for three nights; this appears to be a new facility and is located VERY near the OU campus which was are the location of a football camp my son was attending. The exterior of the facility appeared clean and included adequate parking; the pool is small and not shaded at all - temps were in the 102-107 degree range so we did not waste our time with the pool; the lobby was also clean and adequate size; the food selection in the breakfast area was MUCH better than a BW in Livingston, NJ we stayed at a few weeks ago.

We had a suite which included two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa (as well as two flat screen TV's and a small fridge) - the room was clean and nice sized - we did find some sock wrappers in the night stand drawer! The bathroom was adequate size and clean. BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE!!!

The BEST part of the BW would be Andrew (Johnson I believe) - he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He also remembered why we were in the area and asked about how the event went for my son.

Now for the negatives:
1. wireless internet worked in the hallway but stopped when I entered the room;
2. vending machines were inexpensive ($1 pop and water) but only worked about 1/2 of the time;
3. pool does not have ANY shade;
