Great breakfast, clean rooms, very friendly people working there.
This Hampton was great, clean coutreous staff and a good value. Breakfast was very good. We were there for the Tulsa State Fair stayed 4 days in this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. Close to the Interstate and easy on and off. Great Value
The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good. The rate was higher than we usually pay but we were so tired & it was late, so we went with it. Everything was fine until checkout the next morning. The young front desk girl, from the night before, had messed up our bill, charging us more than agreed with our AAA discount. It took some time with the manager to get strait.
We checked in the hotel was nice and clean but the rooms were to small the beds were to hard my children hed to sleep on the floor becuse the beds were to hard .I personally could not get the room to cool off at all . my husband was sick all night he could not get comfortable in that bed . we also heard loud noises all night long we also heard banging in the room. it was just a bad day in the hotel business i guess and when we checked out the front desk clerk was very rude and hateful to me and my children. after we left my whole family started itching. like the hotel had bugs or something .
This hotel is in a good location and the hotel itself was clean and well kept. My complaint is regarding the lack of training for the reservation receptionist's at the front desk I had requested to be on the top floor, away from the road/ice and elevator (quiet room). I requested a king, but noted 2 Queens would be fine if need be to meet our other requests. No one looked at the requests when assigning our room -they had us one second floor facing the road, by the elevator. At check in, we mentioned out request tfor a room on the quiet side and were told that there were no King rooms that met that criteria. They did not read our comments that they could substitute two queens and noted they rarily read the requests.. We ended up on the second floor with someone above us that literally sounded like they were pacing the floors and moving furniture half the night. Being awake half the night after driving 750 miles with 2 more days of similar driving to get to our final desination made this stay unpleasant. Next time we will stay at Holiday Express or Fairfield Inn which are both in the immediate vicinity.
