I have stayed in McAlester OK several night do to work. I have stayed in about every motel in town and by far this is the best motel in McAlester. The staff is overly friendly and n-e-thing you should need they will get it for you. There is a wal-Mart right in the front door of the motel where you can buy n-e-thing you sould want to grill; & DAYS INN will have the grill ready; charcoal or gas your choice. They will have all of the supplies that you need. NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED OR HAD N-E-ONE BE RUDE TO YOU.
The house cleaners great you everytime you come and will clean at your convience.

This hotel was a great find. It is only one year old and extremely clean and comfortable, plus the management and staff are very friendly and accomodating.

The hotel sits up on a little hill, and is back a bit from the highway. This makes it much quieter than the other brands; which are directly on the service roads. You have to keep watch to find it, but there is a tall sign which is easily seen from the highway.

We had a standard room, which was a very good size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room lighting is good. The bath is large enough, and the tub and shower are roomy.

There is a fitness room with four pieces of equipment, and a laundry room. There is a business center, and outside in the back there is a new grill and a bench. This area faces the trees, so it is a pleasant place to sit in the evening.

The breakfast area is very nice, and the selection is good. There is a server on duty and she makes very good scrambled eggs and bacon to order. She will also make you a breakfast burrito; if desired.

The one night we had some noisy neighbors across the hallway, who slammed the door repeatedly and had the television going at 11:30 P.M. Fortunately they only stayed one night; and they were the reason I could not rate the sleep quality as excellent.

we meet my aunt once a year about half way between missouri and texas. We stayed at another days inn in tulsa and it was horrible....but this one was very nice. the rooms were huge. we needed a crib for my daughter but they were all out so we used her play pen and i was worried when we packed it that it wouldnt fit but it did. With plenty of room for us to move around...the staff was wonderful, they were friendly and helpful. We will stay here again int he future!

this hotel is new and im not sure how the other post stayed here in 2006 this hotel was not open till jan of 2009 there is a hot breakfast with eggs and bacon cooked fresh on request the prices are good and the rooms are nice and clean and very spacious. the staff treats you like family and its in a good location located next to walmart which is comes in handy if you have forgotten items. the front desk was excellent in giving dinner recommondations and directions to places the next morning!
