You know, we love Best Western Motels, they always seem to be a step ahead of other motels, and in this case it was no different! A spacious, sparkless clean room, with everyting in perfect working order..except the wireless internet, it just did not work! Bud after having contct with te front desk, they immedeatley sent up a mainenaince man, and the problem was fixed!
Did I mention the pool? Well, it was great! And what was even more great, we got the room with a $10 discount, on a friday!

Worse hotel stay ever! Sheets were dirty, 105 degrees outside and air conditoner didn't work, room smelled, ants in bathroom, and pool was dirty. Paid $40 pet fee. Housekeeping (which never entered the room) reported that I had an additional pet and I was charged an additional $40 fee without asking me. Paid $240 for two nights and only stayed 12 hours because the stay was so horrible. Told the manager when checking out and she didn't even care. Would rather sleep in the car then to stay there again. BEWARE!!!!!

This hotel was a total disappointment from the start. The clerk was extremely courteous but that is the only positive comment I can make about this stay. The room smelled horrible as if the carpet was worn-out and it was heavily soiled. The room was terribly outdated and the internet wouldn't connect. The cell phone couldn't even keep a call for more than 2 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I know to include my enemies. We paid for the room and still checked in at the Comfort Suites across the highway. The parking lot looked like a break-in waiting to happen! Paying twice to get an acceptable room is unacceptable. The experience there was totally reversed. One word: PLEASANT!!! Thank you Comfort Suites for making our stay a pleasant one in Lawton.

I love the staff at Best Western Lawton. Their service is always professional and personal. The treat their guest as if they've known the forever. Emme, Amie, Christian, Jasmine, and Ebony are the best. I can't forget ot include Johnathon. Kadoos to all of you.
