We stayed at a Super 8 in Lawton, Oklahoma for our son's basic training graduation found our room to have a broken lock and deadbolt, dirty carpet, dirty sheets, and dirty towels. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was built 40 years ago. It also had a huge hole in the wall above the toilet which looked like it was used to peep into the bathroom next door! They had a bath towel stuffed in there to try and cover it up. Oh, and the handles fell off the faucet everytime you turned them. All the other motels were booked for the graduation so I ended up going to Walmart and buying clean towels, soap, and slippers! I would not want to see what a black light would have picked up in this room. I have no doubts that it has been rented by the hour, if you know what I mean! Stay far away from this place... spend the extra money and feel safe at night. The people that are giving good reviews are most likely the type of people that live like this at home.

I was pleased at the fact that it was easy to get to (the map is off by alot as to distance from exit to motel. The rooms were roomy even with 2 dbl beds. And that it had one of the better breakfast bars I have seen at the Super 8 motels. There was a pool that my teenagers were able to go to...though the first night they had it closed because they had just recleaned the pool and added the shock to it. It is an older building so at times there are steps going downstairs that show their age and you do have to sometimes shut the door a bit hard to make sure they are latched. But it is a good deal for the price and if you want to be close to the base. And it is easy to get to places to eat. It was amazing that being as close to the interstate I44 (about 100 ft) that it was as quiet as it was. I would stay there again if I had to vist Fort Sill or Lawton again.

Room was clean and well-equipped with fridge and microwave. We stayed for a week and had no problems. Better internet than most hotels we stay in, which was a plus. Biggest disadvantage is that it's a bit hard to get to and not near any shopping or eating places.

We stayed here for 2 nights for my sons graduation from basic. It was clean and comfortable. Nothing grand. I wouldn't stay there for an extended stay but a short it will do. The pool looked cloudy so we didn't use it but there were people in it.
