My husband and I stayed here with several other couples. Just know there are no TVs in the rooms and light will probably come in through the highest uncovered windows.
Past that, the beds all seemed new, the cleanliness was thorough, and the people who worked there were charming. We enjoyed Guthrie and really enjoyed staying at this Inn. There are snacks, coffees, teas and sodas available gratis. We had an "inside" room off the parlor on the 2nd floor, so had no train sounds. Many of our group were out in the parlor by the time we woke up - their talking was insulated from our room.
As others have described, the breakfast is unbeatable. Five courses of deliciousness! And well done even in our large group of 20.
