We reserved two rooms through Orbitz but the hotel staff tried to charge us again. We had to call Orbitz 3 times for help before they finally gave us our rooms. In addition to the hotel website, they're currently advertising in free hotel coupon booklets and state the hotel is newly renovated, restaurant and lounge adjacent to hotel, all rooms have curved shower rods, down pillows, etc. Don't believe any of it and don't believe any of the "traveler" pictures posted. This hotel is a nightmare.
The carpet in our room was extremely soiled, largest stain about 10 inches in diameter. The door frame was broken. Large gap around door and grimy hand prints. Microwave had big dent on the side which caused the top to bubble up. Bathroom door frame didn't have a striker plate. Bath exhaust fan screeched loudly whenever the light was turned on. Bathtub didn't drain - we stood in ankle deep water as we showered. Washcloths badly stained. Shower rod was not curved, looked more like an old pipe. Bed sheets were dingy and threadbare. Bed pillows were very old and disgusting - not the advertised down pillows. None of the furniture matched and anything upholstered was extremely grungy and/or stained. The bed was so disgusting we actually slept in our clothes.
The 2nd room was even worse. It included a flyswatter though. Phone was missing its cord.
The hotel is located in an industrial area. Back side of the hotel poorly lighted. The free "Hot" breakfast in the lobby looked like it was toast or bagels. We didn't dare eat anything there. The restaurant/lounge next door was boarded up and covered with graffiti.
