Quick check in, staff pleasant and efficient

Stayed one night passing through.

External corridor. After this motel we tried to use internal corridor motels only.

Everything in the room was functional, clean but worn.

I think someone was fixing a car all night but it could have been on a property near by, my wife was too scared to let me go and have a look.

Basic and well used is the best description i can think of but we saw no bug activity.

I slept well in the end but i always do.

Aging property but a good deal if you're looking for a good price for a place to sleep and shower. We found the bathroom (with curved shower rod) and bedding clean but burn holes were found in the bedspread in a non-smoking room. I didn't see any bugs as noted in previous review. The room didn't smell all that great but it was acceptable. The carpet was old but was OK, what can you expect for $45 a night? The morning breakfast was great: cereal, muffins, toast, English muffins, jam, OJ, coffee and milk served free in the office area with three tables and a couch,chair and TV. Staff was welcoming. Pool was open for limited hours but we didn't use it. Air conditioning worked fine. Used AARP discount, they also offer AAA discount. A little noisy on first floor with people above. Popular place for those just spending the night before heading back on the road. Denny's located one exit further west on interstate, or several places in town. Wal Mart Supercenter also near Denny's for anything you might need. Newer microwave and refrigerator in room.

Rolled in at 3:30AM after a fifteen hour drive, only to have to Lysol my way to the bathroom! Killed roaches in the bathroom, carpet was NOT clean. We felt like sleeping in the car!
