We enjoy the Fairfield Inn because of the great suites. I like to get the bigger suite with the 2 queen beds, plus the pull-out coach. The kids are always happier with their own bed. The rooms, lobby and breakfast area were clean and the women taking care of the breakfast food were gracious, friendly and incredibly efficient.

Front desk was extremely friendly, even when we checked in close to 2 am on Saturady morning 7/23. Thank you.

Stayed four nights over the weekend, June 16-20. Reserved room months in advance, requested ground floor, had a room on the second floor. Do not count On advance requests.
Room was clean and average sized. Needs to be updated, older TV, etc. Water pressure in the bathtub is lacking, but hot water is plentiful. Room was quiet, never heard the "neighbors."
Breakfast was adequate. Waffles daily, buscuits and gravy weekdays. Hard boiled eggs(?) cereal, muffins yogurt, juice and coffee etc.
Lobby has comfortable chairs and flat panel TVs. Sat there comfortably one day while maids were servicing the room.
Towels, TP, tissues, shampoos and soaps etc., were usable but certainly of low quality. Air conditioning worked well. The beds were plenty comfortable.
We were in town for a wedding, sonwe did not spend much leisure time at the hotel, as such it met our needs. Don't bother bringing your swimsuit, the pool is tiny, not even big enough for a couple of swim strokes.
If we were to return to Edmond, we would certainly consider staying again.

Nice, clean hotel but their personnel leave something to be desired. Two days in a row two little league baseball teams chased us out of the pool area (we had a 3, a 5 and a 6 year old) and when we asked hotel employees to intervene (as the few parents who had bothered to come to the pool with this group were drinking and refused to intercede), we were shrugged off. This was a small indoor pool that became exceedingly slippery on the pool deck as the boys jumped more and more off of the pool sides. We gave up swimming both days as our small children were no match for the danger these uncontrolled boys presented.

1/28/11. Registration wasn't any problem but registration clerk could use some more 'training'. One nights stay. $144.00 King suite that was very nice, the comfort of the bed was outstanding. Breakfast wasn't anything too special, but 'kitchen staff' was friendly and welcoming.
