This hotel was nice and very clean, the pool and hot tub were nice also and the breakfeast was amazing, the sleep quality was poor due to being so close to the road and highway but you are just down the road from Quail Springs mall and many great places to eat, a bit expensive though,it was a week day and the hotel was mostly empty, so I'm not sure why.

The man at the front desk was outside, smoking, when we arrived. The next day, he was returning to the desk after visiting Braum's. This man was not in any kind of uniform and was shabbily dressed. I honestly thought he was a drifter when he was outside and was stunned to have him come in and wait on me. He was indifferent, did not look at me while we talked and I felt very uncomfortable. The carpets were stained and sticking, inside and outside the room... very obviously in need of replacement. The bedspreads were dated and in need of replacement as well. The positives... the beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. The man mopping the dining area and foyer had the best personality and should have been managing the place. He could not possibly have been more pleasant and helpful.

Let's just say I wasn't thrilled when my company booked me in another "Best Western". However, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was almost on par with a nice Hampton Inn.

My only complaint was the "business center "did not have a printer. This is extremely inconvienent to business travelers and not unique to this particular location. Moving forward, I will request not to stay at Best Western due to their lack of printers.

Nice clean,quiet stay with a decent breakfast bar. Went to OKC on business and stayed overnight. Great folks at desk and clean rooms.
