Due to a power failure at my house from severe thunderstorms, I spent the night at this hotel. It was a hot, sleepless night. Thanks to the "green" movement, many hotels have now installed infared motion sensors in their rooms. Once no activity has been detected, the air conditioner unit shut down. The west facing room was hot to begin with after weeks of temperatures over 100 degrees. Needless to say, each time the air condioner shut down, the room became uncomfortably warm and the only way to get the a.c. back on was to get up and move around. I found this to be incredibly annoying and did not sleep well at all.

Thank you for your time to submit a review. We are terribly sorry about the loss of sleep. August was a very hot month for us in Oklahoma. We have tried to maintain our A/C's so that this sort of thing does not have to happen again to anyone. We hope that in the future if your power goes out again, we can make it up to you. We would love another chance. Our staff and I appreciate your comments and have even moved up our once monthly hvac cleaning to 3 weeks now to avoid such issues. Thank you again for your time to provide us with valuable feedback.
