Only issue... Pan cake machine was broken and or out of service :-(

This is the first hotel that we stayed at on this trip that actually read the comment section of the reservation - we requested a 1st floor room and they had it waiting.

Great staff - very helpful and suggested a local restaurant that was GREAT - it was called the A&E Grill

From the front desk staff to housekeeping to the wonderful people at breakfast bar everyone was extremely nice and helpful, whatever I requested did not seem to be a problem for them they were very accommodating. I also love the fact that they have freshed bake cookies every day and offer free ice cream sandwiches which went over great with the kids....

The hotel itself is fairly new and in a good area with lots of restaurants and such. Fairly quiet location back far enough from the interstate. Windows open too for fresh air. My room was fairly well appointed, although without refridgerator and microwave which has almost become standard most other places. Only drawback to the stay was at the end. Breakfast doesnt start here until 6:30 which is too late as far as I'm concerned. When I got down there, the Eggs, bacon, and gravy were all cool. There was also no microwave to heat them up. I went to get coffee and they were completely out. I told front desk, and she said she would take care of it. When I checked out 30 minutes later, there still was no coffee made and the food was still cold.
