I have stayed here for business off and on for the past 4 years. Sometimes months at a time. My room is always well kept and clean. Tina has always been great to get me the room requests that I have asked for. She has always been pleasant and has a great wit. Ravi and Armeen have been gracious hosts. I will continue to stay here and it makes being away from the family much more enjoyable.

This is my second time staying here and both times it has been clean, comfortable and very good customer service. The location is great. Restaurants, movie theaters, stores, all within walking distance if necessary but a very quick trip by car to pretty much anything I needed. I plan to stay here whenever I am in the area.

Our company has many out of town guests and clients who come to Tulsa to spend time in our office. When contacting Homewood Suites in Tulsa to reserve rooms, I quickly receive a confirmation and the Director of Sales does her best to accommodate any special needs or changes in schedules that may occur. Our guests and clients have been made to feel at home during their visit. She makes my job of booking hotel accommodations go smoothly and stress free.

The customer service was amazing. It's good to see that Customer satisfaction is still a valuable commodity. This hotel goes above and beyond! Kudos!!
