We booked the hotel for the first three nights online and got what we wanted when checked-in. After three nights we decided to extend our stay on nightly basis due to some personal matters. On the last night, they wanted us to move to another room. We were told that they needed that room for other visitor. We accepted this but not until we entered the room. It was a room for disabled and they did not tell us that they were going to move us to this room! Perhaps it was our Asian heart that made us not to complain, besides, it was on the last night! But our kids appeared not to enjoy the room.
Pro: hotel amenities were excellent, good location.
Con: the front desk people (we met five of them) were not nice except one young gentleman that was superb since the first day we stayed there.
We stayed there eight nights and paid for almost $1000. We felt that we did not get what we were supposed to get for our $1000 just because of these people attitude.
