We were in Bartlesville to visit family and the hotel was within walking distance to our destination. The front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel like family, and found a room for us on the last night, when they were booked solid. The breakfast menu, as another person shared, is a bit confusing, and we did end up having to pay the breakfast buffet price for a bowl of oatmeal. There was no ala carte menu pricing. We did not mention this at the time, so I don't believe it very fair to mention it here, as they were not able to solve the problem then with no information provided to them. However, I do believe that if management learns that the restaurant staff was untrained in solving this type of problem, they would find a way to solve it. They were very accommodating this way.
