I have stayed here two different times. The first being in the summer of 2011 and then again this month. My first visit was ok. The bar and restruarant had very good service (good manager), although the food wasn't fantastic, and very slow coming out, management made it right. This last visit, poor service, poor management, really bad food. (Don't know what happened to the previous manager but they should bring her back). The overall quality of the rooms is OK. My biggest concern is why they smell like mildew in a new hotel? Also during this last visit, kids running unattended allnight long, I always stay in Hilton's but not again in Bartlesville.

We stayed there while visiting family for Thanksgiving. It appears the hotel does not enforce it's policy of no unaccompanied children. There were kids running around the floors yelling and trying door handles. Even the pool area was full of 9 and 10 year olds with no adults, making it impossible to relax or even enjoy the pool area.

It appears that the parents of all these kids may have used the hotel's shuttle to the casino and left their kids alone at the hotel because it finally quieted down around 1:30am, when the last shuttle from the casino got back.

This appears that the hotel management is ok with this because nothing was done and they ignored the request to do something about the situation, so don't expect to get a good nights sleep. After sticking it out for two night, we have switched to another hotel in town and we are enjoying a more peaceful environment.

I was staying in this hotel for business meetings and was impressed with the rooms and the seemingly friendly staff. Check-in and out was fast and the rooms were clean. However, there were a lot of things that ruined this hotel stay. The “restaurant” on the first floor is understaffed for any size of groups of people and the pricing to eat breakfast is never explained and confusing to say the least. The biggest problem that I encountered was the unsupervised children. They were constantly running up and down the hallways, banging on doors and slamming doors. Children were in the business center, exercise room and swimming area making quite a mess while their parents were nowhere to be seen. Hotel management was informed (probably several times) but nothing was done to locate the several groups of children’s guardians. Very disappointing stay.

Very well situated hotel for a visit to downtown Bartlesville or a visit to ConocoPhillps. The hotel is new and nice. The breakfast is cooked to order and very good quality. A menu of the breakfast items and a larger selection of breakfast items would be ideal. The room was a good size with two queen beds and a refrigerator and a microwave and free wireless Internet. And somehow the hot water is immediate for both the sink and the shower. The rooms are very comfortable but do ask for an extra blanket as no extra blanket to be found in the room. Aveda in the bathroom. Safe to say the Hilton Garden Inn is the best hotel offering in Bartlesville.
