Hotel Room was clean and roomy. Bed was good. However microwave was "old". Turned refrig off since it made a loud humming noise. Hot tub and heated pool was not in working order and no sign was posted. If a sign had been posted in the front lobby or if the check in clerk had indicated no working hot tub or heated pool I would have went to another marriott property just down the road. I will not be stopping here again. Also a new Holiday Inn is just a block away if you do not want to travel another 15 minutes to marriott. Lots of resturants at this exit.

We shelled out a few extra bucks to get a slightly larger room with a microwave and refrigerator, which for us was well worth it. Hotel was clean throughout, staff at front desk, friendly, and bed comfortable. Bathroom was kind of small, but counter was more than adequate for our stuff. There are now nice bushes hiding the train tracks (at least from the ground floor); no problem with train noise either. Breakfast was typical for Fairfield Inn, although the woman in charge was a little tooooo friendly.

Only drawback was children constantly running back and forth upstairs (I mean constantly, too), but when I talked to the front desk lady, she took care of it. Unfortunately, it began again at 7AM the next morning. Consider staying on the top floor!

This was the third time my niece and I have stayed at this hotel. The staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is a great experience. We did have a problem regarding the hot tub, however the staff called the manager and he made everything right. The hotel is clean and they have a nice breakfast in the morning. We will be back!!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

The room was basic but clean, the staff was polite and breakfast was plain and average at this price level. The reason why I made an unscheduled stop here was because I was riding a motorcycle and there was a very heavy rain storm. There was plenty of room for me to park my bike under the covered area without blocking anything but the clerk would not allow it.
