Could not have had better service. We were driving through and Country Inn and Suites took great care of us - an oasis alongside the interstate. The rooms were quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and everything was all around fantastic!

Recently spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was VERY disappointing and expensive. While the lobby is nicely appointed, the rest of the hotel is rundown and tired. The room was dirty and dusty and the furniture in the room broken. The spiders in the room were an unwelcome extra. Housekeeping arrived at 8:00am each morning and if they were not allowed to clean the room, they did not return later. We asked several times to have them clean the room but it fell on deaf management ears. To get to your room from outside entrances you need to run the gauntlet of the staff smoking in front of the door. The internet was very weak or non-existent in the room. I could go on but you see the trend...

There is a NEW Holiday Inn Express nearby and we will give them our future business.

They over charged me more then two weeks ago!!! and not one manager has been able to refund my money. I've called 4 times and every time they give me the run around!

We stopped at the end of a long day of driving. Although we hadn't requested it, we were given a suite (at a room price). The extra sitting room made all the difference in our reboot for the next day's drive. We were able to bring in dinner from a nearby restaurant and relax in he room. We had tried another comparable hotel and found the price too high. I would definitely try Country Inn again.
