I agree that this hotel is very clean and the staff is especially friendly and helpful. We stayed there with our team as a parent booster group. The hotel allowed us to post signs throughout the hotel to announce parent events over the weekend. The hospitality rooms were decorated for the holiday and Christmas music was playing throughout the hotel. As for the guest rooms, they were comfortably sized and the beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were kept very clean. The only disappointment was the lack of a continental breakfast. When we asked, the only complimentary item was coffee. We had that in our rooms too. There was a $9.95 charge for the breakfast. It was very tasty. There was a nice selection of pastries, juices, teas, yogurts, and fruits. There was a made to order grill that included: choice of eggs, french toast (one day the toast was cinnamon swirled), pancakes, waffles, sides (potatoes, sausage, bacon). For our group, it was worth the money for such a nice breakfast. We were able to skip lunch. The pool, hot tub, and gym looked inviting although they were empty every time we walked past. There was also a nice gathering spot in the lobby near a fireplace. I hope we return next year!

Personeel is kind and have a good "customer care" attitude, hotel rooms are ok, king size bed quite confortables. Continental Breackfast choice is ok and they have also "à la carte" menu for a small extra. There is a small Pool a small SPA and a small GYM, but I had never problem because is very often empty.

When entering the hotel it is a very clean and nice hotel but there are things that just didnt seem normal for it to be a Hilton. When we first entered the room and I seen the beds I thought what kind of mattress is that, it looked very lumpy, it was the blanket that was on it, all the pile had gathered in spots, not so attractive, although that shows it had been washed, it didnt look nice at all. The pillows are complete mush your head sinks straight down, you can not pile them to make it better either. The coffee pot in the room was so dirty we didnt even attempt to use it, there is no fans in the bathroom so when you take a shower and it steams up the only way to clear it up is to open the door, if you are there with other people this may not seem comfortable. At about 10pm I went down to my vehicle and the lobby was FULL of a younger crowd, that is not a problem, but everyone of them had a beer or a drink in there hand, so therefore, I found this to be not so family friendly. There was a restaurant area they could have been in and it wouldnt have looked so bad, but just lounging in every seat and others standing around drinking was not appealing. If I went back I would not choose this hotel.

The first clue of a problem was trying to make a reservation. We were put on hold for more than five minutes. My husband had to disconnect the call due to an incoming call. In called back within minutes, and when he told the Hilton reservation desk that he had been left on hold for a lenghty time, there was no "Sorry about that" or any other such comment. Next was the price. We had looked on line for accommodations, and had decided to try here, even though there were a couple of negative comments regarding it. The price quoted for us was $99. On line the price was $84. When my husband said that the price on line was shown as $84, he was told "All of our rooms are $99." The final straw was when he requested a non-smoking room. He was told that they could not "quarantee" a non-smoking room. Time to book a room elsewhere. Which is what we did.
