This is possibly an opportunity lost. The facility is of sufficient size to offer a better experience. The rooms are of decient size. The bath rooms are large. There are numerous conferance rooms. The computers is the business center are excellent. What is wrong? Everything else. The staff offers zero hospitality. An I don't give a ### attitude is prevalent. The restaurant/bar is dysfunctional. The in-room televisons are outdated and offer a terrible viewing experience. Located right off the freeway and convenient to much of the Cleveland area the property offers some potential. But they need much help!!! A complete renovation of the property and training the staff in hospitality would be start.

This hotel was very nice - from the 2:00am greeting I got when checking in to the room furnishings and decor. There was basically nothing I could pick on that made it a bad experience. Well, nothing but my neighbors who checked in at 3:00am and kept SLAMMING the door for an hour as their baby cried all night long.... but that is not the hotel's fault.

I thought the breakfast ended a bit early (9:00am) - as I missed it due to a lack of sleep from the rude and noisy neighbors. So, can't comment on it either.

Would I stay there again - yes. For what I paid and what I got, it was a fair deal and money well spent, I guess!?!?!

(I travel all over the country with my job, and I contribute on EVERY hotel I stay in. Trip Advisor has been a great tool for me, and I contribute fairly, for both good and bad facilities.)

In town for a wedding and stayed at this hotel. It has recently been changed to a Ramada, but that is neither here nor there. The hotel is old, and definitely in need of a major renovation. The rooms were dirty and musty as were the hallways. The only good point was the front desk staff who were very nice.

We stopped here on the way to and back from Illinois. It was a good half way point and visible from the highway. Also , the price was very right. Staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. They were good about our puppy and returned our $100.00 promptly as promised. This hotel is very run down and in serious need of a renovation / it is on the dingy side. The air is very stale and warm in the corridors. the upper floorsare dimly lit and depressing. The rooms are not as clean as they could be / in fact the floormat in the bathroom had a brown stain on it (ick) The vending areas for machines and ice do not have either of those things / just alot of dust and oldhook ups where those things used to be. I wish the holiday Inn parent co would invest in this property.
